Cinco de Mayonnaise

Happy belated Cinco de Mayo:
Tonight we are enjoying homemade Sonoran Hot Dogs. Allow me to share the recipe: a li'l mayo on the bun, a li'l mustard on the top, a spoonful of pico de gallo, and a hot dog wrapped in bacon. [additional spoon full of pinto beans optional] Mucho tasty!
